BC Aquasonics Head to Synchro Canada’s National Qualifier Championships in Quebec City

Surrey, BC, March 8, 2016 – The BC Aquasonics National Stream Synchronized Swimming teams head to Quebec City on March 13 to compete at Synchro Canada’s National Qualifier Championships at the Centre Aquatique Desjardins, Laval University, March 15-20. Sixteen Aquasonics athletes from Surrey, Coquitlam, Delta and Langley will compete against nearly 500 athletes from across Canada.
“The National Qualifier is the largest synchronized swimming competition in the country,” says Head Coach Susan Kemper. “We are looking forward to another chance to challenge our BC rivals and see what the rest of the country has to offer. It is a great competition.”
On March 12th, the Aquasonics will host a send-off Watershow at 11:30 am at Surrey Sport and Leisure Centre to showcase their teams locally before heading east the next day. Admission at the door.
