BCAQ Co-Hosting December Meet

BCAQ is the co-host Club (shared with VPW) for the National Stream Regionals/Provincial Stream Training Meet, Dec 12-13 at SSLC. While we will need to ensure we provide on-deck volunteers, our primary responsibility for this meet will be coordinating the food and volunteers for the Officials Hospitality Room.

We will need all BCAQ families who have athletes competing at this meet to help with at least 1 volunteer shift each and provide a dish/food item for the Officials Room.

To sign-up to volunteer, go to:

For food, your Team Parent will have emailed you the list of food for your team to provide. Please let them know this week which food item you can bring.

You will earn Club FCP points for any hours you work. Please contact our FCP Coordinator, Lucie Wang at , to ensure your time has been recorded.
